I don’t like leaving bad reviews but felt this was necessary, So used this company 2 years ago to supply some fence panels which is good quality although on delivery they would on drop them on the street not into garden, had to get neighbour to help me! Anyway we’ve just contacted them to place another order for a back gate and was told someone will come out to measure up on a certain date to which no one did so we called and the guy said ok he will come himself I assume this is the owner, but then a lad came and said it would now cost more than quoted originally and then said they would come to do it for us on a certain date and once again no one showed up we’ve contacted them and no answer it’s such a shame as after checking social media it seems they are prioritising the bigger jobs which pay more so not interested in us! But now lost our business which we’ve got more bigger ones for them!

Always considered this place to have the best pieces untill last order. Called them and said would prefer to pay cash on delivery, and was told is not a problem but will have to send the order by SMS and will get a call back right away to get the delivery date. Never heard anything back from them, send few more SMS to find out if any updates but there was still no answer. Decided then to go to Hues Gray and ask if they can match the price, they not only matched the price, they made it £80 cheaper, glad now never received a call from this guy's as ended up paying less with Hues Gray!
